• Having 6+ years of training experience as a group or individual fitness trainer.
• Majorly fucus on increasing stamina and shape-up body of an individual.
• Session wise weight loss program with proper consultancy on Diet as counted calorie without leaving their favorite dishes
• Case Study --- I was 110 Kg in weight and extreme foody in nature. Due to overweight and un-usual fatty shaped body, I was not able to wear trendy clothes and sometime felt ashamed in front of my colleagues and other mango people specially Girls. Initially I never took care of Dam Society, but I realized, this look is not suited to my inner personality. Slowly, I felt that it would be very difficult for me to participate in any sports and other completion where fitness is a key to get win. This realization diverted me to make effort on fitness activity. I took MMA / other fitness sessions from an experienced trainer. He allowed me to eat my favorite food but in limited quantity. I worked hard and had been honest towards his training efforts and my fitness goal, resulting lost 35 Kg in just 6 months.
