Born in SA, lived for many years in the UK and Europe, I have over 20 years professional experience in HR, People and Internal Comms. I completed my MBA in 2010 and use it daily in my own business where I run a successful strategy consulting business around inclusion, particularly in the neurodiversity space. My drivers are: - listening hard and seeing patterns - being enthusiastic about potential and cheering you on - also, bringing my experience to the fore when I can help you observe what has gone right or wrong I love helping people better understand how it all fits together.
