About Chris
A hockey player for over 40 years, I am a certified coach with Hockey Canada and actively coach U9, U11 and U13 teams. I focus on developing balance, agility and explosiveness to raise your skating to the next level.
I also focus on making it fun, ensuring that skaters of all ages will enjoy the journey as they improve.

Whether you’re a complete beginner taking your first steps on the ice, a parent wanting to help your child build confidence and skills quickly, or a hockey player aiming to elevate your performance, I offer personalized skating instruction to meet your goals.
Using a structured, proven training approach, I focus on developing strong fundamentals while rapidly improving balance, edge control, agility, and speed. Each session is tailored to the skater’s age, ability, and objectives, creating a fun, supportive environment that builds confidence and delivers real results on the ice.
From learning the basics to refining high‑level skating mechanics, I’m committed to helping every skater progress efficiently and skate with confidence.
Lessons are best delivered in person at our indoor synthetic ice surface or at a local ice rink. Where this is not possible there is a lot we can do remotely to prepare you for the ice and improve agility and explosiveness.
I am certified with the National Coaching Certification Program and am ready to help you or your child accelerate your skating journey!
