About Ariadna
I am a native Spanish speaker who moved to the UK at a very young age, which has given me a strong bilingual background. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Spanish with almost full marks, and during my A levels I regularly worked as a Spanish GCSE teaching assistant, receiving very positive feedback from students, teachers and parents. I am passionate about sharing both the Spanish language and culture, from everyday communication to traditions and food (including making a great gazpacho, tortilla de patatas and paella‑style black rice!). I am reliable, supportive and committed to my students’ progress, and I genuinely look forward to helping you enjoy learning Spanish.

I’m really passionate about teaching Spanish and helping students feel confident and comfortable using the language. I start every lesson by getting to know you and understanding what you want to achieve, then I adapt my teaching style to suit you. I teach all ages, offering academic support up to GCSE (any exam board), as well as relaxed conversation lessons for confidence, pronunciation and holidays.
As a native Spanish speaker who grew up in the UK, I understand the challenges learners often face with grammar and pronunciation, and I love helping students overcome them. I have experience teaching GCSE Spanish (including AQA), beginners, and conversational learners of different ages, as well as adapting lessons for students with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. I’m patient, friendly and encouraging, and I always aim to make lessons enjoyable. Lessons are usually one hour, with shorter options for younger children, and I offer a free 30‑minute trial lesson.
