I think Michael is a very reliable teacher because he is patient and really cares about seeing his students progress. He is intelligent and always finds a light-hearted and creative way to explain things. When I started, I had some vocabulary, but I would freeze up when it came time to speak, and he was the one who helped me unlock my English.
