Braden is such an amazing teacher and truly has the best attitude and heart for what he does. He makes all students always feel comfortable, and has a way of making things silly and lighthearted. Braden is one of those teachers that is never scary to make mistakes around and knows how to correct and help when needed.

Braden is an excellent teacher and has been a huge part of the Country Swing community at our local country bar. He has a ton of knowledge and does a great job sharing it with the people around him. What stands out to me most is how well he communicates and adapts his teaching depending on who he’s working with.

I’ve had the chance to learn from Braden in a variety of settings, including taking his classes at YESSS, a national Country Swing dance convention that brings together dancers and instructors from across the country. I’ve also had the opportunity to learn from him through private lessons and small group classes outside of a traditional group class environment. Having experienced his teaching in all of these different settings has really shown me how versatile he is as an instructor. He can take a concept and explain it in different ways depending on what the student needs, and he’s always willing to slow down, answer questions, or approach something from a different angle if something isn’t clicking.

He’s also someone who genuinely wants the people he teaches to improve. He creates an environment where it’s comfortable to make mistakes, ask questions, and keep working at something until it makes sense. I’ve learned a lot from Braden over the years, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to learn or improve their Country Swing.
