About Umang
I am a Certified Fitness instructor, Health expert and Yoga Instructor with qualifications as well as good experience in the field of fitness and wellness.
Apart from my experience in Health and Fitness I am a qualified health coach and a human engineer as i have completed Master of Physical Education and I am currently pursuing Doctorate in Basketball & Exercise physiology. I have been working with basketball players for 7 years in National Basketball Academy, Indore.
I am experienced in Specific fitness training and conditioning of basketball players, Basketball skill training, Nutrition and Psychological counselling of basketball players.
Lately, I have been working with NBA Indore and UTD girls basketball team.
As far as my experience as a player is concerned , i have represented Team M.P. , Team D.A.V.V. , Team NBA Indore and Team UTD in Nationals, National Inter-university, States and Inter-college Tournaments respectively.
