I have a National Diploma and B-Tech Degree in Fashion Design. I also completed a Masters Degree in Consumer Sciences (Cum Laude). I have experience working in fashion retail and as a tertiary Fashion and Research lecturer. I am currently in the process of starting my own business.

I believe my method is quite unique. I have witnessed countless students enroll for sewing courses, only to leave with bits and pieces of knowledge but no idea where and how to practically apply it.
A student usually books a demo class with me, whereby i ask a series of questions in order to determine what they want to learn and what they need to focus on to streamline the learning process. Fashion is an enormous field, and it is best to choose a clothing category and start from there.
I then compile a lesson plan specifically for the students' needs and what they wish to achieve. The lesson plan should then be approved by the student before any formal classes begin.
