"My teaching approach is simple — I believe every student learns differently, so I never use a one-size-fits-all method.
I always begin by understanding where the student currently stands — what they know, where they get confused, and what their goal is. From there, I build a personalized learning plan that moves at their comfort level.
For English, I focus on building confidence first. I encourage students to speak and write without fear of mistakes. I use storytelling, everyday conversations, and real-life examples to make grammar and vocabulary feel natural rather than boring.
For Hindi, I make learning engaging by using poems, short stories, and fun writing exercises. I pay special attention to grammar, essay writing, and letter writing which are most important for exams.
For Math, I never ask a student to memorize formulas blindly. I first make sure they understand the concept behind every topic, then we practice together with easy examples before moving to harder problems. I use a step-by-step method so no student feels left behind.
In every session, I check understanding by asking questions — not to test, but to make sure the concept has truly clicked. I also give short practice tasks after each class so the student revises on their own.
