Just a couple of months ago I had no idea about energy coaching. A conversation with Yana intrigued me, and I decided to set aside my skepticism and have a therapy session on a topic that had been bothering me for a while. The session lasted almost two hours. Yana very professionally guided me, helping me to relax, slow down my thoughts, feel. I was surprised by how my body reacted to questions and different topics. Through my laughter and tears, Yana confidently led the session, giving space to all emotions and supporting me through the process.
