Extra $5 per hour fee for VCE subjects I specialise in (Physics, Biology, Mathematical Methods and Further Mathematics)

Extra $5 per hour fee if the total travel time (by public transport, as estimated by Google maps) to the lesson exceeds two thirds of the lesson time.
E.g. A two hour lesson that requires more than 40min of travel time each way.

If for any reason I have to cancel a lesson I will provide you with notice as soon as possible and you will not be charged for that lesson. I will likely also offer a discount on the next lesson as thanks for your understanding.

If for any reason you need to cancel or move a lesson, if notice is given that you will be cancelling a lesson more than 1hr plus the estimated travel time ahead of time you will not be charged. If you cancel closer than this to the lesson start time than I will ask that you pay half of what the first hour would cost. If you do not give any notice of cancellation I will ask that you pay the full price of the first hour of the lesson. These same charges apply if the lesson is moved back more than half an hour on short notice. There is no penalty for moving a lesson back less than half an hour, though there is no guarentee the lesson will still go to the full planned length if I have other commitments afterwards.
E.g. If you cancel a two hour lesson (normally $70) that takes me 30min travel time with:
1.5hrs+ notice - no charge
Less than 1.5hrs notice - $17.50
Without notice - $35
