Having spent 5+ years preparing for UPSC and mentoring aspirants, I understand the pressure that academic and professional life can bring. I now work as a full-time wellness coach, helping individuals develop emotional resilience, boost confidence, and find clarity without burnout. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where my clients feel safe to express themselves. My sessions are reflective and personalized, using coaching tools, mindfulness techniques, and basic CBT-based exercises.
Each session starts with identifying emotional blocks - such as stress, anxiety, guilt, or low confidence - followed by guided reflection and actionable steps.
I work with school and college students, working professionals, and especially with students preparing for competitive exams like UPSC, NEET, and JEE, helping them manage exam pressure, overcome self-doubt, and stay focused with emotional regulation.
My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges with calm, clarity, and confidence - one step at a time.
