Hi - I have enrolled myself to Ipsita’s meditation sessions even before she came to this platform. I am based out of the US and was looking for meditation practitioner, when one of a colleague suggested her sessions/ classes . I work in fast paced, stress overwhelmed corporate job like most of us.
