About Nicolaz
Hi, I’m Nicolas Vargas, an IFBB Pro Certified Personal Trainer and founder of Massive Coaching. I’m currently a private coach in Dublin and also teach HIIT, Core, and Aqua Aerobics classes at a local gym.
In the past, I was a long-distance runner and a Spartan Race Mexico competitor, experiences that shaped my discipline and passion for performance. Today, I help clients worldwide achieve real results through personalized training programs tailored to your goals — whether you want to lose weight, build strength, tone up, or simply feel healthier and more confident.
