I am a dedicated teacher with 10 years of experience teaching people of all ages. I've taught preschool and I've tutored adults of all literacy levels. I have many years of experience coaching people with disabilities - lots of time doing hands-on job skills training.
I love to assist learners of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels to reach the "lightbulb moment." It's a true joy of mine to see your face light up when this happens.
I aim to create a supportive, casual learning environment where you will feel confident asking questions and tackling challenging material. Hi, I'm Alex. I specialize in turning complex, intimidating concepts into 'lightbulb moments' for my students.
My approach is student-centered; I don't lecture. We work through problems together interactively, focusing on the 'why' so you are able to tackle it independently.

You'll leave each session feeling confident.
