About Yogesh
For more than thirty years, I have walked the path of Mindfulness, guided by masters from many traditions and schools of thought. From each, I received something precious, and over time I learned to weave together the most meaningful aspects into a practice that has touched every part of my life—personal, professional, and social. I feel deeply grateful to life itself for the blessings of well-being, happiness, and peace that this journey has given me.
