About Seif
I'm a family medicine resident physician and am passionate about helping those who are passionate about building their knowledge and confidence to not be gatekept by a difficult exam or a hard professor. We've all been at a wall of feeling like an exam was unbeatable and letting the imposter syndrome take right over. None of us are alone in this long and arduous path of science, and it might be me teaching you now, but it might be you in the future passing the torch on! I'm 26 years old and have been in professional education for 8 years. I did 4 of my undergraduate years at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators :)). Took a gap year to pursue research, and completed 4 years of medical school at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee. Can't wait to meet all of my future students!

I try to teach not off of a standardized approach and and try to formulate a plan for each individual student based off of their understanding of concepts. I love getting students together and having group learn sessions because I've seen that also builds confidence and learning without confidence is 100x harder. Ask, Respond, Teach is a method i've found to be super helpful when learning. You will ask me what you are struggling with, I will respond and close the loop. Then you will teach me or another student (With me facilitating) and I'll either give you a check for the subject or we'll hone in and focus on what I think you are struggling with.
No two people learn the same and I just want to be able to help every person who is on a medical track or even just trying to get through a science class get to where they need to go because BOY do I know it's not easy, but that doesn't mean it has to be impossible, and even if you don't choose me to be your teacher, you are going to make it I have no doubt about it!!!
