For years I have been preparing for strategic consulting interviews, especially for MBB (McK, BCG, Bain) and second tier consulting firms (Kearney, Roland Berger, Strategy&).
I have always been recognized by students for my ability to explain complex topics and concepts in a simple and clear way. Where necessary, I explain concepts in different ways, also using examples and visual aids so that the candidate has complete mastery of the topic.
I have also been working as a career coach for about 5 years.

I am an MBB consultant, I have an MBA and I have an engineering background. Passionate about sports, especially skiing, sailing and rowing. I have worked on strategic projects in the banking and financial, Luxury and consumer goods sectors, highlighting remarkable communication skills. Experience also as a freelance consultant, successfully managing the R&D department for a SME.

My private lessons in preparation for strategic consulting interviews cover all the required sections from pre-selection (CV and Cover Letter) to case resolution and behavioral/fit interview.
After understanding the student's objective, I develop a personalized path plan on a case by case basis, a path during which I will hold the aspiring consultant by the hand with continuous structured feedback until the desired objective is achieved.
The sessions are based on a mix of technical preparation, business acumen and charismatics in which the student can develop skills and structure their person being able to allow themselves to make mistakes in a protected environment.
The technical preparation takes place through the explanation of how to use proven frameworks adapting them to specific cases and the simulation of cases used in Italy by MBB and second tier consulting firms, also keeping an eye on the development of numerical calculation skills.
Once an adequate level of technical preparation has been reached, I shift the focus more and more to the development of business acumen, in particular idea generation, which is essential to have a chance of entering consulting.
Throughout the process I work with the candidate on the development of those characteristics that are fundamental for passing interviews and future success in the workplace, namely confidence, humbleness, leadership and efficient communication (active listening and empathy).
The quantitative and qualitative feedback provided during the process will be based on the evaluation forms used by MBB (McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain).
