I come from an academic background in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and I am pursuing my MBA with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. I don’t just focus on finishing the syllabus — I focus on building the student.
I combine my background in HR, Marketing, and Political Science from St. Xavier’s College to teach students how to think, understand, and express, not just memorize. This helps children from junior classes to college level develop clarity, confidence, and strong communication skills — which are essential for both exams and future careers
For junior students, I am extremely patient and supportive. I break concepts into simple, relatable examples from daily life so children never feel scared of studies. I encourage questions, remove hesitation, and build strong basics step by step. My goal at this stage is to make learning enjoyable and to develop focus, discipline, and self-belief.
For middle and senior school students, I focus on concept clarity and answer-writing skills. I teach them how to structure answers, understand what examiners expect, and improve presentation. This not only increases marks but also builds logical thinking and independent learning habits.
For college students, my approach becomes more practical and career-oriented. I connect subjects like HR, Marketing, Management, and Political Science to real-world applications, case studies, group discussions, and interview preparation.
