As a teacher ,my approach is student centered and concept based. I believe that students learn best when they understand the concept rather than just memorizing formulas. So first, I try to connect the topic with real life examples to make it interesting and relatable.
I start the lesson with simple questions to check students prior knowledge. Then i explain the concept step by step using clear examples, diagrams and sometimes . After that i involve students by asking questions and encourage them to solve problems so they actively participate in learning process.
I also try to create a positive and supportive interaction during the class where students feel comfortable asking question . Finally I assess their understanding though short discussion and give feedback to help them improve.
