About Amanda
My name is Amanda, and I'm a patient and experienced teacher. I help students from all different levels, like helping star students to excel while also helping students who dislike math make it become their favorite subject! I'm an undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa, in Sri Lanka. I'm working towards a bachelor's honors degree in Information Technology, while teaching subjects that I loved at school! Math was my favorite followed, closely by physics. These are the subjects I'm teaching kids now, making sure they understand and learn to love math and physics the way I do. I'm patient and kind, and I teach in an easy to understand way, starting straight from the basics. I love teaching, and all the joy it brings.

I'm an experienced teacher, with 2 years of in-person tuition and 3 years of online tutoring. I'm well familiar with online teaching and I have a flexible schedule. We can battle your doubts and worries in the field of physics, and make you fearless! A normal lesson from me would be a very active lesson, where the student is required to answer lots of questions and work through a lot of practice questions.
