About Joanna
With 4 years of experience in Clinical Herbalism and Phytotherapy, I understand the connection between the mind and body from both a Clinical and Holistic perspective. Pilates is a unique modality that reconnects and builds a deeper relationship between mind and body.
My primary focus in herbal medicine is treatment and preventative care of illnesses in the mind or body that develop from an unhealthy mind or body; the two are intimately connected. Health is far beyond nourishment and breathing exercises; while those elements are essential, they also just scratch the surface.
With just under a year as a Mat Pilates instructor, in collaboration with my naturopathic background, I’m here to help you love your surface and what’s far beneath it too.

I am a mat Pilates trainer with a Clinical Herbalist background; I bring a holistic approach to fitness for a full mind-body reconnection & rehabilitation through Pilates. We will start with an intake session; getting to know your goals and areas of opportunity, and allowing you to experience my teaching style to see if we're a good fit. From there, we will discuss your short term and long term goals as well as scheduling and availability. With this information I will create 1 hour workout plans for your unique body and goals.
My sessions are catered to your physical, mental, or emotional needs as needed. Whether releasing emotional blockages, building confidence & optimism, naturopathic integration, straight up fit focused, or all of the above .. Id love to team up to get you to your next best self!
