About Ellenrose
I am a disabled student living with an invisible illness with a passion for finding a pathway to a more sustainable health service for those with multiple conditions.
I am studying for an MSc in Sustainable Development to learn more in-depth. I would love to share my thoughts and learning on the subject and how we all can contribute to combating significant issues such as climate change, deforestation, and the rise in poor mental health and multiple chronic conditions.
I am a creative soul nature-loving kind of person and happy to inspire and empower others. I graduated with a BA Honours in Fine Art in 2014 and continued to volunteer therapeutic art sessions to those in hospice settings. Learning to manage my conditions, I also practised yoga daily, and back in 2019, I gained my Diploma in Yoga. Consequently 2021, I gained my 300-hour Yoga Therapy Teacher status.
Mom of two, one on the spectrum with possible ADHD, I have had to learn resilience, patience and to be kind as we are all on a journey unique to ourselves; we need to practice acceptance.
