About Idris
I am an experienced violin tutor with 18+ years of teaching practice, working with around 300 students including high school students, college learners, and adults. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning simple, clear, and effective, as I believe students learn best when lessons are easy to follow.
I pay close attention to fundamentals such as posture, bowing technique, rhythm, and tone quality, ensuring strong skill development. I break down complex techniques into smaller steps so students can learn with confidence.

I also teach supporting subjects like music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, sight-reading, and basic piano skills to help students become well-rounded musicians.
My aim is to create a structured, motivating, and inspiring environment where students enjoy learning and grow steadily.
