Dhwani is an amazing coach. It’s been one of the most challenging experiences of my life, but I feel so much stronger because of it. I feel that the Online format of the course has allowed the ideas and lessons to truly cement in my brain, and for my own meditation practice to grow in such a steady way that by the end of it I felt as if I’ve always practiced with such attention, and that I’ve always known how to answer difficult questions about meditation.
