About John Victor
I am JV Laguer, a highly skilled data analyst with 6 years of experience in the field. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science and Innovation at UTS. I am your Chess and Badminton coach!
I have a deep passion for Sports; in fact, I was part of multiple varsities when I was in High School. At one point I became part of the Badminton, Tennis, and Chess varsity teams. I was a consistent representative of my school for Interschool competitions as well as National competitions.

People would describe my teaching characteristic as the most patient. I make sure that I don’t spoon feed students and that they learn the fundamentals and the process, as opposed to them just knowing the answer. I believe that when teachers front load invest their time in the people that we teach, it would get the student in a position for them to succeed!
