Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education (EdD), specializing in Leadership and Innovation, I am driven by a passion to enhance educational opportunities and support systems for learners with diverse needs. I have 5 years of teaching experience in the field of special education and 6 years experience in social work in a self-contained special education classroom.
