About Devanshi

Hello! I am a Genomic Counselor currently working at Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore, where I assist patients and families across pediatric, reproductive, and cancer genetics. With a strong academic background in Genomic Counseling and hands-on clinical experience, I aim to make genetics simple, engaging, and easy to understand. My teaching combines conceptual learning, real clinical case discussions, pedigree analysis, and practical applications of genetics. Whether you are an undergraduate student, postgraduate student, healthcare professional, or someone interested in genetics, my classes are tailored to your individual learning needs. I focus on building confidence, critical thinking, and a strong foundation that helps students excel academically and professionally in the field of genetics and genetic counseling.

About the class

My classes are designed to make complex genetics and genetic counseling concepts easy to understand through interactive discussions, real-life clinical examples, case studies, and personalized guidance. Each session is structured according to the student's learning goals, beginning with fundamental concepts and gradually progressing to advanced topics. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and practical application skills rather than rote memorization. As a trained genetic counseling professional, I provide insights into clinical practice, risk assessment, pedigree analysis, ethics, and counseling communication. These classes are ideal for undergraduate and postgraduate students in genetics, biotechnology, life sciences, medicine, and allied health sciences, as well as individuals preparing for academic examinations, interviews, and careers in genetics and genetic counseling.
