So, about me.
I spent seven years in investment banking with UBS, Citibank and NatWest Securities — as a securities analyst and head of Small Caps research — followed by two decades across venture capital, private equity and complex financing, funding and running start-ups as investor, CEO, COO and CFO. I hold an MSc in Finance from the London Business School and an ACCA postgraduate diploma in Accounting & Finance, and I'm regularly called into major financial institutions to help their teams understand the financial characteristics of specific industries.
But the reason I do this is simpler: I love the moment when someone finally gets it. They've read the theory. They've asked the AI.
