About Me Hi! I’m Melody, a high school junior from New York with a passion for writing and literature. I plan to major in English and currently take AP Lang, College Creative Writing, and am a member of the English Honors Society. My work has been published in numerous literary magazines, newspapers, Teen Ink websites, and business journals. I have experience with standardized testing, scoring a 610 on the SAT Reading & Writing section and a 30 on the ACT Reading section. In addition to creative writing, poetry, and essay composition, I also offer support for the NYS English Regents. For standardized test prep, I provide practice questions and strategies to tackle tricky grammar and reading comprehension sections. Every lesson ends with key takeaways and optional practice exercises to reinforce learning.
