About Akila

I am Dr. M. Akila, a passionate Commerce educator with 14+ years of teaching experience across various colleges. I hold a PhD in Commerce, M.Com and M.Phil, and I have also successfully cleared TNSET in 2018.

Teaching is not just my profession—it is something I genuinely enjoy. I believe every student can learn and excel when concepts are explained in a simple, clear and engaging way. My focus is on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely, understand concepts deeply and gradually build confidence in the subject.

With my academic background and extensive classroom experience, I aim to provide students with quality teaching, personal attention and practical understanding rather than simply focusing on memorizing answers.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your fundamentals, prepare for examinations, or gain a better understanding of Commerce subjects, I will be happy to guide you throughout your learning journey.

My goal is simple: to make learning Commerce easier, meaningful and enjoyable for every student.

About the class

My Teaching Approach

I believe teaching is not just about completing a syllabus—it is about helping students understand concepts clearly and apply their knowledge with confidence.

With more than 14 years of teaching experience in various colleges, I use a simple, practical and student-friendly approach. I explain concepts step by step, connect theoretical topics with real-life business examples, and encourage students to ask questions and participate actively in the class.

Teaching Methods

* Clear and easy-to-understand explanations
* Practical examples from business and commerce
* Interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions
* Case studies and real-world applications
* Revision and regular practice
* Exam-oriented guidance along with conceptual understanding

Typical Class Structure

I usually begin by briefly reviewing the previous topic, introduce the day's concept, explain it with practical examples, and then interact with students through questions and discussions. I conclude the class with a quick recap and, when appropriate, practice questions or assignments.

What Makes Me Different

My PhD in Commerce, M.Com, M.Phil and TNSET qualification 2018, combined with 14+ years of college teaching experience, helps me bring both academic knowledge and practical understanding into my classes. Most importantly, I genuinely **love teaching** and enjoy helping students overcome difficulties and develop confidence in the subject.

Who Can Join?

My classes are suitable for **college and university students studying Commerce and related subjects**, as well as learners who want to strengthen their understanding of Commerce, Accounts, Business and Management concepts.
