About Robert
I studied Physics to degree level and pursued a career in Computing via CAD (architecture and motorsport), via internet technologies and through to problem solving in recent years which gives me the most enjoyment. I teach Maths & Physics and to enhance the teaching side I am fully qualified in the methodologies of the Kepner-Tregoe (Problem Solving & Decision Making) which focuses heavily on questioning skills and expert explanations which in turn directly helps with teaching, tutoring and coaching (and not 'telling'!). I have also undertaken youth mentoring and am now on the board of a local youth club. My challenge is always to see how the participant views an issue (could be a problem, might be a decision) and to step into their shoes to be able to progress matters. I also offer Professional Coaching in the realm of Problem Management, this works closely with Project Management and Risk Prevention related to Decision Making. (This can be done remotely if you prefer!) I do offer group sessions up to 4 participants, this works equally well for school students as we as professionals looking to progress projects.
