First of all she is full of positive energy and so cheerful. I had a good inch loss and weight loss in 2-3 months. Maam takes personal interest in giving classes and making sure we get the postures correct. My daughter and myself like her classes. Thanks Ma’am.

Aishwarya , my Guru, conducted a course of specific exercises that were suited for my age, me being an Octogenarian, which were supposed to increase my muscle strength and also to help me improve my entire physique, from head to toe.
Aishwarya’s schedule of exercise and fitness plans for me was exclusive and ideally suited for making my arms and legs stronger and my bone joints more supple and also to improve the performance of important organs like the lungs, heart and circulatory system. It was an exhilarating experience!
