About Da'vin
I have been working with children for 6 years, from 1 years old to 6 grade. I was a daycare teacher, personal care assistant working with Autistic children, a special education assistant teacher for kindergarten, a camp counselor, and now currently a lead teacher for kindergarten and a group supervisor for summer camp. I got my APA certification in May of 2024 in Early Childhood Education. I have been working towards my dream of becoming a teacher ever since I was 7 years old and now I’m 24. This is a really big accomplishment for me as I have struggled in school since I have ADHD and didn’t get the help I needed until I was 19. I want that to be the opposite for kids this day and age.

I understand that it is hard sometimes when it comes to English regarding letters, spelling, grammar and writing. I use to be in the same area growing up until I worked hard to become a teacher and help other students with what help I didn’t have. The way I teach is mostly learning through play but also encouraging you to try. By the end of each lesson you would feel proud of yourself because you accomplished something some told you that you couldn’t do.
