Frédéric is a great tennis coach! Very friendly, constructive and always brings an element of fun to our sessions.

I cannot recommend Frédéric enough – he is the ideal mentor and coach for tennis. I played tennis for a little while as a teenager but basically came to Frédéric rusty and in need of basic skills, especially on my backhand. First, he is particularly insightful at the level of a physical coach: offering directed and clear advice and instruction on grip, footwork, and anticipation. He is able to guide me into knowing what to do, so much so that my body responds to the ball and the play and not my mind. But most of all, Frédéric is an incredibly understanding mentor, able to motivate me on days when I feel flat and push me further on days when I feel confident and am playing better. I arrived as a beginner and already feel like an intermediate, but that's all down to Frédéric's ability to encourage me physically and mentally. I had a desire to play tennis again in my early thirties, and he has made it possible and exciting every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him enough!
