At its core, Mathematics is the purest form of logic, which is exactly what I spent years mastering at LSE. My goal is to help students understand the underlying mechanics of a maths problem. Once a student grasps why a formula works logically, the anxiety around maths disappears, and solving complex problems becomes an intuitive, step-by-step puzzle rather than a chore.
Teaching Techniques & Methodology:
The Socratic Method: Rather than just giving you the answer, I ask targeted questions to guide you to discover the solution yourself. This builds genuine confidence.
First Principles Thinking: We break down intimidating topics into their most basic, easy-to-understand foundational concepts, then rebuild them.
Exam Strategy & Structuring: LSE trained me to be exceptionally rigorous. I teach students how to structure their work, ensuring they pick up every possible method mark in exams.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
My standard lessons are 1 hour long, which is optimal for maintaining focus and retaining new concepts.
