About Michaelo

I was an ex-national sprinter, a footballer and an extreme athlete. I took up coaching as a way of earning extra money but with my personality I managed to help over 300 clients live a healthier lifestyle and transform their bodies finding my passion in being a PT and helping others to take care of their bodies.

About the class

I can assist you with weight loss, building muscle mass, creating a lean, toned physique, bigger glutes, core strength, overall cardiovascular endurance performance and general nutrition guide. I am a level 3 personal trainer, with 10 years of experience in the fitness world. I work with all age groups. I currently have online classes available and physical aerobic classes in Balham.

He will work with you to help set your goals or achieve a specific goal you have, for instance doing 30-40 pull ups in one go or teaching you muscle ups or just having well varied and insteresting workouts that incorporates weight/resistance training and cardio. He will work with you in whatever setting and equipment available. He is very patient, respectful and very postice and encouraging, always focused on your goals! You can tell how good he is with just one session!
