I've done this degree because I believe this is one of the most giving degree there can be, except military of course! This course doesn't just provide you with a good job, but teaches you valuable life lessons.
As far as my lectures go, I believe in only one thing, Practicality and Curiosity. Everything has a valid reason why it is done that way. Cooking is an art as well as science, Practical but imaginitive!
