I have professionally worked as a teacher for more than 4 years. During that time, I have worked with students of all ages and levels. I have helped complete beginners take their first steps as I have also helped advanced speakers or even natives refine their speaking and writing skills. I am extremely passionate about languages and even more passionate about teaching. As a language learner myself, I know all about the ups and downs of learning a new language. My goal as a teacher is to go through all the difficulties together with my students so that I can watch them grow and become more confident in their newly acquired skills. I use many different resources depending on the goal. I always have my students speak and listen as much as possible so they can immerse themselves in the language from the start. I will always make sure that students feel safe and comfortable enough to make mistakes so that they can keep on learning. I also like to keep my students' interests in mind. I myself have a background in music and technology. If you are a musician or into computers, we can definitely talk about those topics. If you are into something else, we can also definitely talk about that as I also love to hear about what my students are interested in. When I am not teaching or studying, I really enjoy watching anime, playing video games, reading, or impulsively learning another language I should not be focusing on. I am also a native speaker of Spanish, conversational in Italian, and have limited proficiency in Japanese. I really look forward to meeting you!
