My support is designed for people who are embarking on a positive lifestyle change—and who want encouragement, accountability, and motivation to get there. My passion is helping adults who are at a beginner fitness level who want a true lifestyle transformation. Clients will click with me if they enjoy the kinds of training I do myself—lifting weights (not only the heavy ones!) and/or running, cycling, hiking, or long walks. Plus I love cooking and eating, so if you want to level up your food game, without sacrificing taste, we will get along just fine. In the first (free) session we will agree on your goals, preferences around fitness and I'll put together a proposal for my approach based on our discussion which I'll share with you by email. If you decide my approach is a good fit for you we will move forward.
