About Nadine
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Advisor and I want to teach you to fall in love with taking care of yourself holistically i.e. mentally, emotionally, physically, nutritionally and spiritually.
I am a hard-working, reliable, passionate and self-motivated individual. Not only do I want you to look forward to becoming the best version of yourself, I will ensure that you achieve this by teaching you how to maximise your highest and creative potential.....YOU!
My fitness journey began at 17 years old in my college gym. Since this time I have developed particular interests in General Fitness, Boxing, Skating (quad) and Bodybuilding. I have previously trained with an international super bantamweight boxer for 2 years. I have also competed in 8 bodybuilding shows. I last competed in 2018 where I placed 2nd and 3rd in the wellness category. I compiled my own diet for these shows so as you can imagine my placings meant a lot more to me.
I love personal training and competing because it requires sheer discipline that has not only helped improve my confidence but shown me that our bodies can withstand almost anything as long as we have a healthy mind-set and attitude toward change.
