About Ben
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years full time and I have always had a keen interest in health, exercise and wellness.
In collage I represented North Yorkshire in the English Cross Country Counties and was big into athletics, boxing, kickboxing and karate.
I really took my fitness to an advanced level when I joined the British Parachute Regiment, which is one of the toughest military regiments to get into, with the toughest fitness requirements.
My Personal Training career took off after I completed a 3 year degree in BSc Exercise Nutrition and Health, alongside a 2 year advanced diploma in Advanced Personal Training, which sets me aside from ALOT of "PT's" these days who have only done a 4-week quick course to get a peice of paper to say they are "Level 3 qualified".
I have worked with hundreds of clients over the past 14 years and you will benefit from that experience and soon learn how easy I am to get along with, whilst still having that strictness to ensure you get the results you are after.

You'll also receive a free full body composition analysis and posture analysis to help give you a good starting point. A consultation can also be done over the phone instead of, or as well as an in-person consultation.
Blocks & Packages are available, including PAYG sessions.
You can become a member of GSquared Health Club for your PT Sessions (recommended), which includes an advanced YouSquare Lifestyle and Functional Movement & Posture assessment & correction, alongside your PT sessions, and access to 40 fitness classes every week. Or you can buy a guest pass entry to GSquared if you only plan to come to the gym for your PT Sessions, and don't plan to attend any classes or use the gym's infrared sauna.

Details
Sessions take place at the new and exclusive luxury health club GSquared, located in the Royal Exchange Arcade on Cross Street / St Anns Square ( just at the bottom of Market Street, across the road).
Sessions vary between £40-£50/hr depending on your chosen block or package.
Free initial consultation available.
24 Hour cancellation policy in place.
Individual sessions, blocks of 10, 20 and 50, and also 12 week transformation packages are available, including online personal training.
