I first take the preference of the songs, since I believe in dancing your preferred songs will make you enjoy to the fullest. I make my own track and choreography and teach the routine. My session will start with 10 mins of pre-stretching followed by 40 mins of Zumba workout and 10 mins of post-workout stretching.
I teach each and every step slowly and easily.
I believe in hard work and discipline and excuses are never tolerated, I'll take my sessions on the basis of demand of students like what kind of session they need and I'm flexible to go for live sessions and can travel to a certain area for dedicated students.
