I first take the preference of the songs, since I believe in dancing your preferred songs will make you enjoy to the fullest. I make my own track and choreography and teach the routine. My session will start with 10 mins of pre-stretching followed by 40 mins of Zumba workout and 10 mins of post-workout stretching.
I will tell the exercises that you have to do daily and also the diet plan according to what you wants like for all weight gain and weight loss , six pack abs muscle gain.
