I keep it plain and simple. Hard work,dedication, diet and consistency. I don't complicate things by asking people to buy supplements,fat burners n stuff nor do I confuse them with fancy anatomical terminologies. I train people the way I trained myself, avoiding supplements, eating right and putting in a lot of hard work with dedication. It's just training and proper diet.
