About Naoise
My name is Naoise and I am living in Cork. I have been immersed in Gaeilge all my life. I had the pleasure of doing all my schooling through Irish and was a continuous H1 student. My family are also from a Gaeltacht in South Kerry, as a result my own Gaeilge is natural Gaelinn na Mumhan (Munster Dialect) . I also have a TEG qualification. I believe this offers me a unique perspective on Gaeilge as much more than just a school subject. I want to share my enthusiasm and grá to help my students reach their full potential in the Irish curriculum from junior cert to leaving cert.

In my 1-hour student-focused classes, I hope to grow their confidence in all aspects of the course from the listening, written pieces, and oral. My aim is to grow students’ fluency and proficiency. After getting to know the student and their goals, I will create personalised notes and tips to encourage them to achieve their target grades.

Naoise is super friendly. She is very understanding and is great at explaining different topics. Her notes are a lifesaver especially coming up to exam season. I would highly recommend her grinds!
Naoise has worked with me for a number years and has recently started helping me with my Irish. I struggle in particular with my grammar and Naoise has been working with me on this.
Naoise is patient and very good at explaining things in a way I can understand. I look forward to our next lesson and can’t recommend her highly enough!View more recommendations
