Sessions usually start with breathwork to maximise oxygenation of the muscles and energise the whole body. A series of postures and movements will come to challenge the parts of your body that need to transform (strengthening of core muscles, arms, and legs), stretching, balancing and inversions are also part of a well-balanced yoga sequence, to ensure that not only the muscles but also tendons, joints (hips, spine), become more mobile. After the effort comes the reconfort... All sessions finish with a relaxation. I teach a style that combines dynamic elements and relaxing techniques to offer an experience suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike. A typical session can vary between 45 and 70 minutes, depending on your requirements and needs. I am qualified in Power Yoga and Yin Yoga and have been teaching for more than 11 years.
