About Gloria

Hello! My name is Gloria and I have been playing violin for over 19 years. I have a Master's degree in violin performance and pedagogy from the Academy of Arts and work as a tutor with students of all levels. I have inherited the passion and love for teaching from my own violin professor who taught me everything I know so I am determined to share it with my students. Whether it be classical music, serious preparations for exams and competitions or just simple songs, music brings people happiness, so let's make some music! About the class

As much as talking and explaining is important, in the end showing is what matters. Of course, with each lesson I will explain what we will do, what is the piece about, what were the composer's intentions, we need to know the background. After that I will play it for you (as many times as you need/want) I will always correct you positively, because no one likes harsh criticism, in my opinion, that is not how good music will be born. We will work on your posture (left and right hand), technique, preparations for exams or competitions. Also mental preparations before going out on stage and beating stage fright!
