About David Joel
I am a audio technician having a vast knowledge in the field audio engineering and music technology. I have completed my bachelor's in Engineering from Anna University. Later driven into Audio Science by passion and pursued a certification in Sound Engineering and Recording Arts. With nearly 8 years of experience in teaching , I expertise & educate students on various modules of Audio Engineering, such as Recording, Mixing , Mastering, teaching Music Theory in learning Music Production and intensive training on Audio production Software’s such as Pro Tool, Logic Pro X, Cubase and handling Live Sound Mixers.
Having completed all 8 Grades of Music theory from Trinity College of London, to add significance to my teaching I am an Avid Pro Tools User Certified Trainer and also an Apple Logic Pro X User Certified Trainer.
With an interest in future advancements of Audio, I have completed Dante Audio Networking Certification from Audinate and BSS Audio Networking from Harman International. With still a quest to gain more knowledge, my self-learning education continues, which in turn is transferred to my fellow students. So far in my teaching era I have trained nearly 200 students of Sound Engineers & Music Producers.
Apart from teaching, I have my own recording studio & have Mixed & Mastered a few devotional albums and commercial short films. Also at present working as a live sound engineer with a few theatrical play team , churches and freelance at my leisure times.

My teaching methods are very practical oriented. Giving hands on training on handling live analog and digital mixers, real time projects on Digital Audio Workstation software's such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Cubase and etc., Internships are guaranteed under my training on both studio environments in recording, programming, mixing, mastering and also in live sound engineering works.

Nearly over half a decade experience in the audio engineering teaching and training, Mr.David has a thorough understanding of audio engineering from it's roots.
