First, I will email few documents that need to be filled and sent back to understand student's fitness profile and medical history. A medical clearance form is also needed from student that is signed by a certified physician.
Next, I create a training program based on the student's fitness goals and time availability.
Personal coaching is twice a week and only in the mornings.
I follow the below 2 training mantras:
Individual training based on your current fitness levels, fitness goal, lifestyle, time availability, diet, sleep quality, medical conditions, body alignment, etc.
Safe and incremental growth with primary focus on avoiding injuries. This is possible by following the training program as given with proper warm-up and cool-down but also remember that it is okay to take rest days if you don't feel good.
I am a ACSM certified marathon coach and have run more than 15 full marathons and have been running full marathons since last eight years. I have grown from being a fun kind of runner to a serious runner by applying the science and improving my time to become sub 4 hour runner. Now I am training for my next goal to become a sub 3 hour marathoner.
There is no travel cost but depending on the location of coaching, the travel cost may have to be covered in exact by the student.
